Christian Paul Kura brings a lifetime of unique experiences to his storytelling. Originally from Germany, he immigrated to the United States and proudly served in the U.S. Army after enlisting in 1996. Throughout his military career, he was stationed in Hawaii and Texas and later deployed to Kuwait and Iraq. After earning his U.S. citizenship in 2003, he continued serving his adopted country with dedication and honor.

Following his retirement from military service in 2015, Christian remained committed to supporting others through continued work with the Department of Defense and active involvement in veteran organizations. His passion for service, community, and family continues to influence both his life and his writing.

As an author, Christian strives to create stories that inspire kindness, empathy, and resilience in young readers. Through Punch, he shares a meaningful message about overcoming adversity, embracing compassion, and finding belonging even during life’s most difficult moments. His heartfelt storytelling reflects his belief that every child deserves encouragement, understanding, and hope.
